New Business Development Manager

What you will do at QuickSpark

Lead – You’ll lead a team of New Business Development Account Managers.This teams responsibility is to identify and secure equipment reseller partnerships nationwide. You’ll lead from the front and will be an integral member of the leadership team to transform our New Business Development efforts and production.

Forecast – You’ll draw from your years of experience and will provide a monthly revenue forecast for all new equipment reseller partnerships. Your team will look to you to help them develop their pipeline and forecast abilities. You’ll crush the quarterly revenue goals placed in front of you and be constantly looking for new opportunities to grow our community of Equipment Resellers.

Execute – You are a master of execution in an outbound sales environment. You understand the art and science behind building a highly performing New Business Development team and have demonstrated success in this kind of role at other companies.

Sell – As mentioned you’ll lead from the front. You’ll have the opportunity to sell right along with your team. You’ll work together with your team on the larger opportunities. There will be times that you may travel to larger markets where there may be multiple equipment reseller prospects that an in-person meeting will forge the partnership.

Who You Are

Communicate – You are an expert communicator both with your team as well as your internal leadership team. You understand how to leverage all tools necessary to be successful in an Outbound sales environment. You know how to motivate, inspire, and lead your team to success.

Experience – You have done this before and been successful in building an Outbound team that consistently overachieves quarterly revenue targets. You have 3 – 5+ years experience in a sales and business development leadership role.

Attitude – You are a hard charger. You run fast and expect your team to do the same. You’re innovative and creative but you work within the lines. You’re independent and self-driven, you don’t wait for opportunities to knock, you break down the door. You’re inquisitive, you ask thought-provoking questions, and you inspire the prospects you are working with to take the next step.

Commitment – You’re in it for the long haul. This isn’t a stopover on the next opportunity that presents itself. You have been looking for an opportunity with a smaller established company that you can pour yourself into and press your handprints into its growth path.

  • Skilled at prioritizing and organizing assigned duties
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with online tools and resource

Qualifications And Education:

  • At least 1 year of business development experience in an inside sales environment
  • Works well within a team environment
  • Strong decision making abilities with a sense for business
  • High energy, persistent, results oriented, and a motivated self-starter

Credit Analyst

QuickSpark is currently hiring for a Credit Analyst to join our team. We are growing fast and are anticipating continued growth and opportunities for our team members to advance their careers. We are seeking an upbeat, dynamic and detail oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional underwriting for financing, as well as work with staff to complete originations and fundings. Must have ability to communicate professionally, provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Review credit requests and render appropriate responses within credit policy requirements
  • Qualifying applicants by analyzing personal and business information
  • Interpret data and organize information in order to provide information and process credit requests
  • Provide prompt, accurate responses to all internal and external customer inquiries
  • Verify information/documents provided on credit requests in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Create agreements and send to customers for e-signature
  • Setup new clients within operations systems
  • Communicate clearly by voice call or in writing with account managers as well as customers
  • Maintain exceptional customer service

Qualifications and Education:

  • College Degree preferred
  • Related experience preferred – Loan Underwriting
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working in fast-paced, structured work environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers and personnel by telephone, or through written communication; assimilate information and make decisions; work under pressure in a detailed, organized manner
