BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

We are currently hiring a Business Development Analyst to join our team. This is a new role here at QuickSpark and we need a unique skill set that blends deep digital marketing expertise with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically to increase revenue opportunities through new partner acquisition.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop, coordinate and execute lead generation programs and strategies to acquire new partners for QuickSpark.
  • Establish measurements KPIs, tracking technique, and create an ROI analysis for each program.
  • Create a lead scoring methodology and program to vet new potential partners.
  • Measure and constantly improve ROI for the campaigns to accelerate partner acquisition.
  • Will own and create a Partner leads pipeline framework from the ground up.
  • Assist with coordination of prospect-facing activities (webinars, tradeshows) to achieve lead generation objectives.
  • Will report directly to the VP of Sales and work closely with the Director of Customer Success, Director of Marketing, and New Business Development Manager to build partner acquisition roadmap and strategy.

Expertise

  • Experience in creating and analyzing ROI performance of lead generation programs for partner acquisition.
  • Forward thinking with the ability to create and test new ideas and make corrections.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in the creation of performance monitoring reports for new opportunities.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Experience with Digital Marketing Intelligence tools is a huge PLUS
  • The ideal candidate will possess a hunger to hunt out new opportunities, think strategically, good with data analysis, take ownership, and a personal passion to exceed expectations.

SALES ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently hiring a Sales Administrator to join our team. This position supports Sales in several different capacities based on overall needs of the business. Sales Admins are primarily responsible for supporting and managing administrative tasks that help our Account Managers process customer applications. Sales Admins provide front & back office support for Sales teams in a high-volume, multi-tasking fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sales team to resolve vendor and customer questions
  • Act as the liaison between the sales team and our credit services team to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy
  • Provide back office support for multiple Account Managers in FAST paced inside sales environment.
  • Work independently in a timely and effective manner to meet individual and team goals; high energy, self-starter
  • Professional, friendly phone skills
  • Energetic professional with a high-level of integrity
  • Adapt to new situations and workloads quickly
  • Effectively communicate with our customers and equipment sellers via phone, email and text.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must be outgoing with a sales and customer service orientation
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a FAST-paced inside sales environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to use the internet for applicant and business verification purposes.
  • Strong computer skills and online proficiency
  • Experience on Apple and MAC OS a plus
