As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the individual success of each Account Manager that you manage on your team. Work Values include getting results through others, individual success of direct reports, Team success, as well as being able to show visible integrity as you lead.
Our Sales Managers are rewarded with a base salary and lucrative bonus plan. In addition to our solid compensation plan we also have great medical benefits and a 401K savings plan.
Must currently be managing an inside sales team of at least 8 people to be considered.
