SALES MANAGER

Are you a good coach, mentor, and leader? Do you have experience motivating, encouraging, teaching, training, and inspiring inside sales associates? If so, we’ve been looking for you! Don’t have experience in the financial services industry? No problem, we’ll train you on our industry, our systems and processes, and our culture.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the individual success of each Account Manager that you manage on your team. Work values include getting results through others, individual success of direct reports, team success, as well as being able to show visible integrity as you lead.

Our Sales Managers are rewarded with a base salary and lucrative bonus plan. In addition to our solid compensation plan we also have great medical benefits and a 401K savings plan.

What’s Required:

Must currently be managing an inside sales team of at least 8 people to be considered.

  • 3+ years of experience managing and leading inside sales teams a must
  • Remarkable and consistent track record of success
  • Deep understanding of how to measure, motivate, and retain inside sales employees
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and train sales teams in strategic selling techniques
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team
  • Experience developing sales plans and analyzing metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/OUTBOUND SALES

As part of our New Business Development team, you will expand customer base and generate revenue. This includes pitching partner benefits, determining customer fit and guiding them through the process of partnering with QuickSpark. We focus on helping entrepreneurs every day. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and would like helping small businesses succeed then this is the place for you.

Our Outbound Sales Specialists are rewarded with a base salary, commission, recognition and a flexible work week. There is no cap on how much income you can earn. In addition to our solid compensation plan we also have great medical benefits and a 401K savings plan.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • High volume daily outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Focus on strategic vertical target markets
  • Establish and grow relationships with customer
  • Convey partner benefits, evaluate customer fit and close the on-boarding process
  • Maintain/manage relationships with applicants throughout the sales process
  • Maintain complete and accurate records and note documentation through our custom CRM
  • Help launch new financial products

Qualifications and Education:

  • At least 1 year of business development experience in an inside sales environment
  • Communicate effectively by phone or in person and through written correspondence
  • Make independent decisions with initiative to complete required tasks
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Energetic professional with a high-level of integrity
  • Work independently with moderate supervision and perform tasks in a timely manner with good follow-through and accuracy
  • Skilled at prioritizing and organizing assigned duties
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with online tools and resources

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong research and organizational skills
  • High energy, persistent, results oriented, and a motivated self-starter
  • Demonstrated skill in both oral and written communication
  • Ability to work independently
